I bought this helmet after I cracked my last icon helmet after a near fatal wreck a while back. As far as Icon goes, I recommend them to anybody. As far as this helmet goes though, I love it. I don't really know if it vents better than any other helmet out there, however The big visor helps A LOT. I don't know how many times It has come in handy but I like it. The only problem I've ever had with mine is the vent that goes to your windscreen from the top. It comes loose and I have to push it into place from time to time. Other than that, it's a great helmet.
