The Core Forester Deluxe open-face helmet provides 3/4 coverage for the rider wanting the feel of a full-face helmet without the face shield. Core Forester open-face is provided with five snaps that will accommodate the majority of after-market flat shields offered. Included is a matching 3 snap adjustable visor, allowing for you to set your own desired visor position. Made with an injection thermoplastic alloy shell - tan and brown camouflage finish using premium automotive paint, clear coated for additional scratch protection and a plush breathable brushed nylon comfort interior. Ear pockets recessed to accommodate intercom or 2-way radio. Single front intake vent and 4 rear exhaust ports provide cooling and ventilation. Meets and exceeds DOT FMSV218 standard. Available in sizes X-Small through XX-Large.

Excellent ATV Helmet

This is a great ATV helmet that offers a concealment aspect, but is comfortable and offers a good field of vision. The version that I received actually has a face shield that utilizes the same camo pattern. The helmet is comfortable for long stretches of wear and it has proven pretty durable in terms of scratches and dings. Good value for the price.

Nice looking helmet

This helmet arrived, as promised, in frustration free packaging. It took only seconds to open up the cardboard box and pull the helmet out of the box where it could then be tried for sizing by the various members of the family. Honestly, it probably fits (in size large) my step-daughter the best of the group, though I think I could use it without feeling too constrained. That said, I'd like to see a chart on the product information page that shows the anticipated sizing information so I'd have a good idea (before ordering one) what hat size corresponds to what helmet sizes from this manufacturer. Not being able to try one of these helmets on before ordering could leave someone ordering a size that just won't work which just leads to having to go through Amazon's easy return policy to exchange the product for one in the right size.

The camouflage paint scheme on this helmet looks quite nice, with an autumn tree leaves motif working. The helmet and visor sna p together quickly. There is NO face shield with this particular model helmet so any one using this helmet must pair it with goggles or glasses (or other protective eye wear) if desired or required by local laws and regulations. (In my own instance, state regulations require the use of protective eye wear, so I couldn't use this helmet without wearing goggles or glasses. For me, this becomes more of a passenger helmet rather than a driver's helmet thanks to that constraint.)

This helmet is relatively lightweight which should keep it comfortable for longer use.

All things considered, a nice product at a fair price. 4 stars.

really happy with this, may be a little smaller than expected

This is my first helmet so I am a bit of a neophyte. But I have need a helmet for a while and was happy to give this one a try.

The helmet arrived in great shape. The visor snapped on easily. When I tried the helmet on, it fit me great (size large). However my husbands helmet that is a different brand's large is too big for me. I am not sure how sizing usually runs but a large fits me perfectly. I refuse to get into a crash to evaluate this helmet but me son did drop it down the stairs and it was fine. The paint didn't chip. There was no visible damage.

Wearing the helmet outside, I felt like there was good airflow even at low speeds. This is important to me because I will be using this helmet for trail riding in rough country. I am usually not going very fast.

I am happy with this helmet. It is just one more reason to look forward to spring.
